Has anyone else experienced a receive delay of up to 10 seconds when receiving from a node or PDN? To clarify, you hear nothing of the first 6 to 10 seconds of the transmission. There is no delay when transmitting to other stations.

The radio works great when transmitting and receiving on FM or Digital simplex direct. We have experienced this on 3 different radios with the latest firmware.

This delay is not present on the FT-2DR. It makes me think/guess that the processor in the FT-70DR is not fast enough.

This question was asked to Yaesu reps at Hamfest, they didn't know or just dodged the question.

It might be set too high and will research and update.
