These are the Arizona Simplex frequencies that I have found in my research. Arizona uses even 20 kHz spacing. This is a work in progress...

"REVERSE" CROSS BAND FREQUENCIES - UHF base to VHF portable (uncommon use)
145.170 Voice Repeater outputs (Backyard and Portable)*
145.190
145.200
145.220
* These pairs are intended for shared, local and portable operations. Some overlap is expected. Use of some type of PL is mandatory. Repeater owners agree to accept co-channel occupation and act to prevent inadvertent access by co-channel users. They are responsible for "PL" or access tone coordination, and need to advise the coordinator of their choice. They agree not to operate in "beacon" mode, or interfere to other amateur frequencies that might monopolize the "channel". Except when in portable operation power is limited to 10 watts transmitter power out.
